Located just 200m from the ski lifts which connects effortlessly to the Three Valleys ski circuit, its just 4 minutes walk, whilst the driver service operates between the chalet and the slopes prevents you from carrying your skis.
The chalet offers a balance of contemporary style and alpine tradition and was completed in 2013. Sleeping 10 the property comes with the services of a chef and host.
The chalet is perfectly presented with double height ceilings, a huge open fire, 5 spacious comfortable bedrooms and is equipped with home cinema, sauna, steam room and an indoor swimming pool with spectacular views of the surrounding Alps. New for the 2019/20 winter season is an outdoor hot tub located on the terrace of the spa area.
Perfect for families the chalet has a TV room and a living room with panoramic views from the huge glass windows as well as the wellness area perfect for entertainment. The elegant salon around the open fireplace offers a nice cosy atmosphere. Four bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms while one has an en-suite bathroom.
You enter the chalet at the first floor where the indoor swimming pool and sauna are located as well as a guest toilet and two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. At the second floor the well equipped open plan kitchen is adjoined to dining room and living area. Next the TV room with the comfortable sofa and the third bedroom with an en-suite shower offers a nice view.
Two double bedrooms are located on the top floor as well as the home cinema. One of these bedrooms has en-suite bathroom and the other one has en-suite shower. Located on the lower floor a ski room allows you to keep your shoes, gloves and helmet dry and warm.
Around the chalet is a large very safe terrace with ample space for the kids ice sculptures. A parking space is available in the garage at the lower floor.
