Guests can ski to and from the chalet making it the ideal spot for even the most discerning skier. This truly outstanding home is a sensitive blend of traditional alpine materials with the latest contemporary design. Spread over three floors and sleeping 14 people in 7 bedrooms, the use of the space is exceptional. With numerous relaxation and entertainment areas, the owner has created a wonderfully cosy yet sophisticated mountain retreat.
The main living and dining area is on the first floor of the building and the focal point is the stunning double height reception room with central fireplace and views of St. Anton. After skiing you can enjoy a selection of afternoon treats on the spacious terrace and watch the skiers return home on the main run back to Nasserein.
The space has been cleverly arranged to create a sitting and dining area which can fit 12 people comfortably. For larger groups who wish to all dine together an additional table can be arranged. Rich fabrics, wooden beams and sumptuous furnishings are throughout the property and this luxury property delights in its attention to detail.
Also on the first floor are the first three en-suite bedrooms, including the spacious master suite with sitting area, balcony, bathtub tucked under the eaves and a separate shower room. Two of these bedrooms have fixed double beds and one room can be set up with either a double or twin beds.
Heading down one level and there is a further formal dining room with fireplace and table that can seat 14. In the evenings, along with the beautifully set dining table, it is the perfect spot for sumptuous private dinner parties.
On the lower ground floor are a further four double or twin bedrooms, three of which have en-suite facilities, and the fourth a separate shower room. On this level there is also a small gym as well as a sauna and massage room. The ski and boot room, which has plenty of storage, has stairs which bring you directly onto the ski slope.
Outside, the large sunny terrace overlooks the ski slopes, and where there is also a private outdoor hot tub. Very few chalets in Austria feature an outdoor hot tub, so it is a real treat to be able to unwind under the stars in the hot, bubbly water of the jacuzzi.
The chalet is just a short and gentle 100m ski down to the Nasserein gondola which whisks you quickly into the heart of the ski area. There are also ski school meeting points by the Nasserein gondola, along with beginner’s ski lifts. The centre of St Anton, with its exciting après ski, bar, and restaurant scene, is a flat 7–10-minute walk away.
