The Chalet LV01 Dolce Vita is part of a small exclusive village of three properties set amongst the dramatic setting of the Ampezzo Dolomites. A unique setting amongst a UNESCO World heritage Site, its location is in the most exclusive area of Cortina d’Ampezzo, the renowned Via Menardi. Overlooking the famous promenade, it enjoys a spectacular view of the high peaks of the Mount Cristallo, Faloria, Cinque Torri and Tofane.
Dolce Vita is spread over an area of more than 900m2 and arranged over four floors served by a private elevator. Sleeping up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms, its highly refined design blends with the quality of carefully selected materials to make the a cozy, private and exclusive luxurious place for weekly or monthly stays. A refined and classical interior style has been combined with state-of-the-art technology.
Located in the highest part of the village, it enjoys beautiful panoramic views and is within easy walking distance of the centre of the stunning resort of Cortina. The chalet is just 200m from the lift station of Faloria, whilst the Tofana, Socrepes and Cinque Torris ski circuits are an easy 10 minute drive from the property.
An entire floor is occupied by a living room with a fireplace and wet bar served by a fully equipped hi-tech kitchen for maximum comfort. The basement is designed to accommodate a modern and functional spa and a large fitness area covering 25m2.
The wellness area is equipped with a sauna, a 20-metre pool, sunlamps and a Jacuzzi area with waterfall; the spa and relaxation area will pamper guests, making their stay a memorable one.
Its master bedroom and the three suites, enhanced by a walk-in closet, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, a LED TV and a large terrace, ooze wealth and luxury. New for the 2018/19 winter ski season are an additional 3 guest bedrooms.
The villa also includes a comfortable and spacious equipped office. Also available is a wine cellar housing the finest labels and a soundproofed cinema room with a large screen and comfortable seats for ultimate relaxation while watching movies.
The chalet is available on a catered basis* with in-resort driver service. *Please note that food & drink costs are additional and based on consumption.
