Chalet Constantia, located in the charming alpine village of St Martin de Belleville, is a new chalet built for the 2022/23 winter season. A stand-alone chalet arranged over three floors, the traditional exterior of warm wood and stone is contrasted with a modern and eclectic interior. Sleeping up to 12 adults and 4 children it is the perfect chalet for large group and family holidays.
Starting at the top of the chalet and the impressive 110m2 open plan living spaces feature a central fireplace, bar, open kitchen, plentiful sofas, and dining table seating 16. Jaw dropping views over the Belleville valley and village of Chatelard, as well as the iconic mountain “Le Cochet” are perfectly framed by the floor to ceiling windows across the entire width of this level.
On the middle floor is the master suite with en-suite bath and shower room, as well as three further double bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms. On the ground floor are the remaining two double bedrooms again with en-suite shower rooms, whilst the final bedroom also doubles as a games room and has two sets of bunk beds perfect for children.
After returning from your days skiing, you can enjoy the chalets entertainment and spa facilities. There is a dedicated cinema room for cosy movie nights in, and outside on the terrace a sauna and hot tub that is both private and affords panoramic mountain views. Your dedicated chalet team will ensure you are extremely well looked after, and your chef will create delicious food throughout your stay.
The location is very convenient with the resort centre only a 270m walk away, where you will also find the bottom of the ski slopes. To access the ski lifts, you can either walk the 270m to the teleski button lift, or you can use the in-resort chauffer service to take you to the main gondola in only three minutes.
The three floors of the chalet are all connected by both stairs and an elevator, and there is also a garage with the addition of ski racks and heated boot warmers.
