Located centrally in Verbier, the setting is both peaceful, set back away from busy roads, and convenient with the Medran lift hub and bottom of the ski slopes only a 5-minute walk away. The bustling resort centre at Place Centrale is also within an easy walk, meaning all that Verbier has to offer is right on your doorstep.

The property is on the ground floor, and you enter the apartment into a wood panelled hallway creating the ambiance of a chalet. The first two of the three bedrooms are accessed off the hallway. The first is the master with double bed, en-suite with a jacuzzi bath and shower combo, plus French doors leading onto a patio. The second double bedroom features an en-suite shower room.

The hallway then opens into the open plan living spaces where the lounge area features a Bose speaker, wall-mounted flat screen with Apple TV and wood burning fireplace. The dining area comfortably seats six and the well-equipped semi-open kitchen has plenty of storage and a wine fridge. Large French doors open onto a private patio and flood this space with natural light and winter sunlight.

The third and final double bedroom is located off the living area and features an en-suite with bath/shower and built-in wardrobe. The apartment also has a private laundry room and storage space. Outside, the patio has plenty of outdoor seating and a lawn shared with one neighbouring property.

The apartment building also has a shared ski room, with a spacious private locker dedicated to the apartment. For those driving to Verbier, there is also one dedicated indoor parking space available.
