The apartment is spread across two floors and 120m2 of floor area. Accommodating up to 6-10 guests, the 4 bedrooms ideally suit 6 adults and 4 children. The lower floor is dedicated to the bedrooms, whilst the upper floor, the open plan living spaces. Throughout, the interior displays individual design touches, though the overriding ambiance is one of light and space.
On the top floor you are sure to be impressed by the living spaces with large picture windows, wood burning fireplace and thoughtful, social layout. Views of the mountains and resort fill this room at every turn, yet in the evenings, the curtains can be closed to create a more intimate atmosphere. Outside, a wide terrace invites you to sink into the hot tub, and outdoor furniture awaits for the warmer spring months.
On the lower level are two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a double or twin bedroom, as well as a children’s room with two sets of bunk beds sleeping four. There is a separate shower room and toilet, which is shared by the last two bedrooms.
The main snow front in the centre of Val d’Isere is 500m away and can be reached by the resort ski bus, which stops only 120m away from the apartment. At the main snow front you can choose between several lifts on which to start your ski day, including the Solaise and Bellevarde gondolas. The ski schools all meet on the snow front too. Snow permitting, it is also possible to ski back to within 50m of the apartment at the end of the day.
The centre of Val d’Isere is a flat 300m walk away, and where you have all you need to stock up on provisions for your self-catered holiday. If you prefer not to home cook in the evenings, there is a huge variety of dining options to discover each evening, as well as plentiful après-ski and bar options for partying into the night.
The property is also well-equipped with a washing-drying machine, ski locker, ski boot heaters, and a car parking space for any guests driving to Val d’Isere.
