The flat perfectly combines traditional Alpine style with quality modern materials to create a warm yet contemporary mountain home. On the top floor are the large open plan living spaces with fireplace, open-plan kitchen and dining, lounge and games area with pool table.
The bedrooms are arranged across the lower two floors with three double en-suite bedrooms on the middle level. On the lowest level is a further double bedroom with an en-suite shower, as well as a bunk room with small TV snug area. Also on this level is a wellness area with sauna, Italian style shower and loungers.
Outside, there’s a heated ski room with storage and boot warmers, where you can safely store all your mountain equipment when not on the ski slopes. There is also a garage.
The nearest ski slope is the blue graded Cospillot piste which is only a 100m walk away. From here you can ski across the piste to the Cospillot button lift which will bring you up to the fast Pralong chairlift, and where you can ski off into the vast expanse of the Courchevel ski area.
Alternatively, the main La Croisette lift hub and main snow front are 500m away and this is where the ski school meeting points are all arranged. From La Croisette, you have a choice of 3 gondolas, Chenus, Jardin Alpin, and Verdons, or you can ski down to Courchevel 1550 or Courchevel Le Praz.
The centre of Courchevel 1850 is a 500m walk away on a footpath and where you have an abundance of boutiques, bars and restaurants to discover. Self-catering provisions can be bought from the supermarket and bakeries. Courchevel 1850 also offers lots of off-slope diversions in the Forum centre including an ice rink, climbing wall, bowling alley, and various shops.
