Located in the intimate Belvedere district of Courchevel 1650 you still have the benefit of being within walking distance to the resort centre. The chalet is arranged over five floors and 393m2 of living space. All floors are connected by stairs whilst an elevator connects all floors apart from the mezzanine area. For those driving to the Alps the chalet benefits from two covered parking spaces.
The chalet sleeps 12 in 6 en-suite double bedrooms arranged between the first and second floors. All bedrooms are spacious and are decorated in a fresh and modern mountain style. Two bedrooms feature large walk-in dressing rooms and all benefit from access to wide terraces. The decoration is refined and calm and the bedrooms are the perfect haven for a peaceful night sleep after a day’s skiing in Courchevel and the 3 Valleys.
The open plan third floor is dedicated to the spectacular living rooms with the feature fireplace at its heart. Benefitting from vaulted ceilings, large picture windows leading out onto a large balcony, this is the quintessential chalet that we all dream of. Plush green sofas dominate the lounge and are flanked either side by a TV lounge and elegant dining table. There is also a small office area for those who need to work for a few hours even whilst on holiday.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for an independent ski holiday and the breakfast bar the ideal spot for a quick morning coffee. Step outside from the kitchen and you will discover a terrace with outdoor hot tub. Stepping up one floor to the mezzanine and you will surely delight in the charming spaces tucked away under the eaves perfect for watching a movie from the large day bed or enjoying a board game.
The ground floor of the chalet is where the entrance and garage are located and is also home to the chalet’s private spa facilities. The indoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam will ensure you are properly rejuvenated or provide the perfect hideaway on a snowy day. In the morning it is just a 100m walk to the slopes and after a quick and easy ski you will be at the Ariondaz gondola, ski school meeting points and centre of Courchevel 1650.
