Welcome to Luxury Chalet Book! We are a dedicated team of ski holiday specialists committed to finding the perfect ski accommodation for your next adventure.
Luxury Chalet Book was founded in 2014 by the dynamic husband-and-wife duo, Simon and Nicola Gill, driven by their profound passion for skiing and their desire to share their 25+ years of experience in the ski industry. We provide a personalised service, utilising our first-hand expertise in resorts and detailed knowledge of the finest properties to cater to each client’s unique wishes and budget.
Having lived and worked in the Alps for over 15 years in roles ranging from chalet hosts to resort managers and chalet operators, Simon and Nicky have an unparalleled understanding of what makes a ski holiday truly special.
As our client base has grown, we welcomed Suzy to the team in 2022. With her extensive background in customer service, she heads our concierge role, allowing us to offer an even more personalised experience.
We take the time to understand our clients’ needs to ensure their ski holiday is suited to their individual requirements. Our extensive knowledge and expertise allow us to recommend the best properties that fit our clients’ preferences, rather than the most expensive.
Our portfolio includes over 1,000 properties across more than 50 leading ski resorts in Europe, North America, and Iceland. Each year, we visit various resorts to view numerous new chalets and apartments in order we can provide first-hand knowledge regarding the property, location and service.
Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with accommodation providers, offering feedback and advice for continuous improvement. This close collaboration ensures that we can match you to providers who offer the service and facilities you seek.
Our goal is to share our love for the mountains and skiing, using our knowledge, experience, and strong partnerships to ensure you have an unforgettable holiday filled with cherished memories and experiences. There are no additional hidden charges for using our service and by working with us you will receive an honest and non-biased approach to your accommodation search.

Bio: Simon Gill founded the Luxury Chalet Book in 2014 after spending 12 years working and living in ski resorts and chalets in France, Austria and Canada. This experience was further enhanced through several more years liaising and working with ski travel agencies.
Simon has worked ski seasons in Courchevel, Meribel, Les Arcs and Tignes in the French Alps as well as in the French Pyrenees, plus St Anton in Austria and Whistler in Canada.

Bio: In the spring of 2017, Simon’s wife Nicola joined the company. After successfully working in chalets since 2003 and managing the famous Chalet Les Brames in Méribel for 5 years, she launched and operated some of the most luxurious and unique ski chalets for private owners.
Nicola went on to win 2 World Ski Awards in the World’s Best New Ski Chalet category for chalets she launched and operated. In 2014 this was for Chalet Quezac in Tignes, and in 2016 with Chalet Pont du Cam in Méribel, and both chalets are part of our catered chalet portfolio.
Nicola now brings the same 5-star service and experienced first-hand knowledge to the role of Sales Manager at Luxury Chalet Book. We believe there is no one better at understanding client expectations and chalet hospitality, which will be of enormous benefit to our clients.

Top Tip: I always get a couple of 1:1 ski lessons with an instructor to find my ski legs again and build my confidence and technique back up at the beginning of the week, to help me enjoy the rest of the week. Plus, they can let you know the best slopes to take and when they are quieter.
Bio: Suzy joined the Luxury Chalet Book team in 2022. Her love for all things skiing started in 2009 when she worked her first of 2 seasons as as a chalet host in Meribel, delivering excellent service and developing a strong understanding of clients’ needs.
Suzy not only works with our clients to find them the best ski chalet or apartment, but she heads up our concierge service. Suzy is on hand to help in booking additional services such as airport transfers, ski guides/lessons and ski equipment.
