Completed for the 2019/20 winter ski season, The Brunnenhof residence is an exciting addition to our portfolio of luxury properties in Lech. The building has been fully renovated and incorporates 14 individual and stylish apartments. The residence also includes a shared and well-equipped spa facility which includes an indoor swimming pool with relaxation area, sauna, hammam and treatment room.

The Brunnenhof 5 apartment is located on the first floor and is arranged over 98m2 of living space. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area provides a cosy space from which you can all relax. A large TV is mounted above the feature fireplace whilst floor to ceiling windows lead out to the balcony where you can enjoy the mountain views. The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the dining table that comfortably seats 6.

Sleeping six guests there are three charming en-suite bedrooms. The master double room features an en-suite with bath and separate shower as well as access to the balcony. The second and third bedrooms are both doubles and have en-suite shower rooms. All rooms feature wall mounted TVs.

The resort of Lech has a state-of-the-art lift system along with one of the highest snowfall records in Europe and the links to St. Christophe and St. Anton, create an enormous ski area. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste. After a long day on the slopes, indulge with a soak in the shared swimming pool or revive tired limbs in the shared sauna or hammam.

To access the skiing of this snow-sure ski area, the Schlosskopf chairlift is just a 6 minute walk away. The centre of Lech, along with its glamorous social and restaurant scene, is also just a 10 minute walk from the residence. For groups and families not looking to compromise on location or quality, along with the benefit of spa facilities, the Brunnenhof is a property that ticks all the holiday boxes.
