The en-suite features both a bath and separate shower, plus a toilet. Stepping out onto the balcony and you can enjoy views across the valley. Stepping up one level and off the lobby on the second floor is a children’s room with bunk beds and an additional single bed. This room can sleep three and has a separate bathroom and toilet.
We now step through to the impressive open plan living rooms with double height ceilings and large picture windows. The focal point of this space if the wood burning fireplace with tall chimney. The lounge area has plentiful plush large sofas on which to recline, whilst the dining table can seat up to 12 people. The open kitchen features a breakfast bar for more relaxed dining or a pre-dinner drink whilst you chat away with the chef in your group.
There are a further two bedrooms on this floor and both feature balcony access and en-suites with shower and toilet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other the flexibility to be set up with either a double or twin beds. Above this floor there is also a hidden bonus with a small TV room tucked away under the roof which the kids will just love.
The apartment also comes with one car parking space and laundry facilities with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
When it comes to accessing the ski slopes of Courchevel things could not be easier. The Grangettes gondola which connects Courchevel 1550 to the centre of Courchevel 1850 is only a 50m walk away. Likewise, the bottom of the ski slopes and the snow front of Courchevel 1550 are also just 50m away, with the ESF ski school meeting points at 180m.
Once you have taken the Grangettes gondola to 1850 you have a choice of three gondolas to continue further up the mountain, or you can just head directly onto the ski slopes. The gondola is also great for any non-skiers in your group as it makes it easy to access the centre of 1850 with its abundant boutiques, bars and restaurants, as well as the leisure amenities in the Forum centre.
In Courchevel 1550 you have all you need for your self-catering needs with a small supermarket as well as a handful of restaurants and bars. It is also easy to go out for dinner in Courchevel 1850 using the gondola link, or in Courchevel 1650 or Courchevel Le Praz using the resort ski bus service. The Aquamotion aquatic and sports centre is also under a 10-minute walk away.
