Apartment Avorio is one of the apartments in the Mascara Residence located in the centre of Courchevel 1850. Built in 2023, the residence has a prime location with all the resort amenities within easy walking distance. You will also benefit from ski in ski out setting onto the blue Tovets ski slope, plus enjoy access to the extensive residence spa with indoor swimming pool and luxurious facilities.
The Avorio apartment with its 126m2 of floor area is located on the 1st floor of the residence. The interior harmoniously blends contemporary design alongside the use of typical Alpine materials and a calm colour scheme. The open plan living room features a lounge, dining area, and kitchen, along with a corner fireplace. Large windows and French doors flood this space with natural light and a balcony runs the length of the apartment.
Sleeping up to 8 guests, there are three bedrooms plus a bunk room all with en-suite shower rooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower, toilet, plus access to the balcony. Bedroom two has a double or twin bed, balcony access, and en-suite shower and toilet. The third bedroom has a double or twin bed with en-suite shower and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed and en-suite shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a separate toilet.
The crowning glory of the residence is stunning spa which is spread across two floors. On the larger lower level is an abundance of facilities with an indoor swimming pool with hot tub area, 2 massage rooms, gym and fitness room, sensory showers, relaxation area with seating along with a tea lounge, and changing rooms.
Step outside onto the large terrace planted with fir trees and enjoy the warmth of the barrel sauna or sink into the waters of the Nordic bath. Head upstairs and you will pass the enchanted forest area with indoor fir trees with fairy lights. Here you will find a further shower, along with a relaxation area with day beds, plus a further relaxation area suspended above the swimming pool.
The residence also has its own ski shop where you can rent your ski equipment, and there is also a ski locker to store your equipment in each night. In the morning you can head out directly onto the Tovets ski slope where you can ski down to Courchevel 1550, and then take the Granegttes gondola to the main La Croisette lift hub in the centre of Courchevel 1850. At the end of your ski day you can return directly to the residence on your skis.
If you have ski lessons booked or wish to start your ski day at La Croisette, it is just a 350m walk away. From here you can access 3 gondolas, Jardin Alpin, Verdons, or Chenus, which all quickly whisk you up onto the ski slopes of Courchevel 1850, and then onward into the 3 Valleys ski area.
Staying so centrally also means that all the resort amenities of Courchevel 1850, with its famous boutiques and restaurants, as well as lively bars and nightclubs can all be reached within a 5-to-10-minute walk.
