The penthouse is arranged over the top two floors of the Nogentil B residence and offers spacious living across two levels. Sleeping up to 6 guests there are three comfortable double bedrooms, two with their own luxurious en-suites whilst the third bedroom has an ensuite shower and washroom and a toilet across the hall. One of the bedrooms can also be arranged with twin beds, and all 3 bedrooms offer views out over the mountains.
The open plan living spaces are at the heart of this property and area arranged across the lower level. Natural wood and soft muted fabrics have been used throughout, and are contrasted by statement lighting and a striking, modern fireplace. Floor to ceiling ceilings flood this space with natural light and stunning views over the resort, which can also be enjoyed from the wide balcony.
There are two sitting areas, one which faces onto the mountains, and the other a snug area just behind which is next to the fireplace and faces the TV. The large dining table comfortably seats six people and sits beneath an ornate glass chandelier. The adjacent kitchen features and island unit with bar stools and can also be closed off from the main living area by folding glass doors.
Step outside the apartment and you can take the residence elevator down to your private spa to which only you and your guests will have access. Sink into the huge Jacuzzi and let the massage jets ease your tired muscles or be warmed and relaxed in either the sauna or steam room, or both! Your exclusive spa also features private changing rooms, a toilet, and showers.
In the residence ski room, you have your own dedicated ski locker with boot and glove warmers. From the residence you step up onto the Bellecote piste which gently slopes down to the resort centre, numerous ski lifts, and the ski school meeting points at La Croisette. You can also avoid the main lift hub by just skiing down to the Bellecote drag lift and heading up the slopes from there.
The centre of Courchevel 1850 can be reached in 20-minuets walking on a gentle downhill footpath, and your concierge is on hand to organise any taxi’s. For those driving to resort there are also 2 private car parking spaces available.
Penthouse B is available on a bed & breakfast basis with a housekeeper to prepare continental buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order and daily housekeeping (food & drink costs additional).
