Six Senses Residences Courchevel 1850 is a collection of stunning luxury ski apartments located in the world-class ski resort of Courchevel 1850. Located right in the heart this glamorous ski resort, guests can set the pace of their holiday, heading out to the slopes or simply relaxing in the extensive on-site spa. In the evenings enjoy an abundance of tempting restaurants and bars in the village.
Located off the Rue des Tovets in the heart of Courchevel 1850, the Six Senses is perfect for skiers and non-skiers alike. The main La Croisette lift hub and resort centre is only a 5-minute walk from the residence. These can easily be accessed using the complimentary shuttle vehicle service available within Courchevel 1850.
There are 27 apartments and residences ranging in size from two to five bedrooms. Designed by Alain Foeillet and Morpheus, the interiors offer a blend of contemporary style with traditional mountain influences. Sustainably sourced spruce timber is used for dramatic feature walls and contrasted with heavy woven natural fabrics and all accented with custom-made furniture and alpine artwork.
All apartments feature a sitting area with an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing and/or dryer machine, and ironing facilities (*dryer depending on apartment). Lounge areas have a flat screen TV and iPad integrated music system, with WiFi available throughout each property.
All apartments have access to the on-site Six Senses Spa, a 7,500ft2 haven of serenity and calm, and the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day’s skiing. Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool, or relax in the saunas, steam room, Kneipp footbath therapy, and outdoor hot tub. For the fitness conscious there is a fully equipped gym and studio for wellness classes. Book in for a spa treatment at the manicure and pedicure station, or in one of the five treatment rooms.
Also located within the residence is the renowned Japanese Restaurant Sumosan for which evening reservations can be made. Offering its signature sushi and contemporary Japanese dishes, the restaurant and bar provides an alternative to the traditional fondue and Raclette of the local area. The menu features signature Sumosan favourites including tuna and truffle rolls, Japanese salmon rice pizza, and grilled sea bass, along with new exclusive dishes.
Accessing the ski slopes could not be easier with Six Senses Courchevel within a five-minute walk or two-minute shuttle ride from the private ski lodge situated at La Croisette, where the main ski lifts start, and ski schools meet. The Lodge is fully equipped with ski rentals, heated boot racks as well as boutiques and a cosy bar for après ski.
Upon arrival, the Ski Concierge will take your equipment to store it at the Ski Lodge. Each morning you just head to The Lodge in your normal shoes, before changing into your ski boots and heading off onto the slopes. At the end of your ski day, return to the main lift hub, change out of your ski boots and either return to your apartment via the shuttle service, or simply head into the resort centre for an après ski drink or two.
The Six Senses apartments are available to rent on a bed & breakfast basis and include a continental breakfast delivered to your property every morning. Daily housekeeping and access to the in-resort driver service are also included, as well as access to the on-site Six Senses Spa. Spa treatments can be organised, and a €400 credit is included in your stay for spa treatments.
The larger four and five-bedroom Six Senses Prestige Residences Courchevel are available to rent with a daily breakfast chef. A supermarket is also located next door to the residence, making it very easy to shop for any provisions for home cooking.
