Chalet Khoton is one of the most beautiful luxury ski chalets in Courchevel Le Praz. This luxury chalet features stunning open plan living rooms, cosy bedrooms, and a private spa a 5-star hotel would be proud of. The privileged location, at the end of the allée des cerisiers and close to the piste, affords an incredible view of the Dent du Villard mountain and the Bozel Valley.
The chalet is arranged across four levels and set around a central staircase. Sleeping up to 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms, the chalet offers a large 506m2 of floor area. The interior design is chic and elegant, using soft tones and fabrics for a calm and soothing ambiance. The architecture of the chalet features stone and wood cladding to create a classic external appearance typical of the area.
On the top floor is the living space with two lounges, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a dining area, all warmed by a striking central fireplace. The dining table can accommodate up to 16, whilst the adjacent breakfast bar can seat a further four people. The space offers 360° views thanks to its large bay windows that open onto a terrace and balcony offering views of the surrounding mountains.
The five bedrooms are arranged across the first and ground floors. On the first floor is the spacious master suite with sitting area and en-suite with both bath and a walk-in shower, plus a further two double bedrooms, one of which can also be arranged with twin beds. On the ground floor there are two double or twin bedrooms, and all rooms feature either terrace or balcony access.
On the lowest level of the chalet is your private spa for your whole family or group to enjoy. Set around a large relaxation area inspired by luxurious catamarans, take a dip in the large swimming pool, unwind in a choice of two saunas or a hammam, before refreshing in one of the two Japanese baths. There is also a gym for the fitness conscious, as well as a dedicated massage room.
There is also a large ski room with heated boot warmers and a laundry room with washing machine and tumbler dryer. For those driving to the 3 Valleys for their ski holiday, the chalet also has a garage and car parking space, along with an electric car charging station if required.
The chalet is located a short walk from the Brigues red piste, which descends from Courchevel 1850. The piste continues to the centre of Courchevel Le Praz and the fast Praz gondola which connects you to the centre of Courchevel 1850. Group ski lessons can be booked with a variety of ski schools with meeting points in the centre of Courchevel 1850. You also have access to a shuttle service to make it easy to get to the gondola each morning, and to pick you up at the end of your ski day in Le Praz.
The traditional village of Le Praz has narrow streets, charming chalets, and old farmhouses, making it a charming choice for your next ski holiday. It also features a lake and a ski jump built for the 1992 Albertville Olympic Games. The village centre is a flat and easy 400m walk away and has a lovely selection of restaurants and bars to enjoy in the evenings, that is if you can manage to leave your beautiful chalet!
For large groups, Chalet Khoton can be joined with neighbouring Chalet Irbis via either the spa or garage, to create a cohabiting space for up to 20 guests.
Chalet Khoton is available to rent on a bed & breakfast basis with a housekeeper to prepare daily breakfasts and provide daily housekeeping. A daily shuttle service to and from the ski lifts in Courchevel Le Praz is provided at the start and end of your ski day.
