The stunning La Ferme du Lac Vert is a Savoyard Farmhouse first built in 1842 and lovingly renovated to provide sumptuous catered ski accommodation in Morzine. The “chalet” is constructed over three floors in the traditional Savoie style but offers the benefits of a new build in terms of excellent facilities and luxurious interior. The chalet will comfortably accommodate up to 24 guests in 12 triple, double or twin bedrooms.
The property has a charming location, ideally located on a quiet lane in the hamlet of Montriond on the edge of Morzine. Access to the skiing is by chauffeured vehicle and the high-speed bubble at Ardent is just over 5 minutes away. The chalet affords spectacular views over the Nantaux mountain, Morzine & the Dranse valley, especially from the outdoor hot tub and terrace.
The exterior of this 19th-century former farmhouse may have a touch of austerity about it, but inside it’s a lavish, higgledy-piggledy delight with wonky wood beams, exposed brick walls and curving artisan staircases.
This stunning boutique abode with 12 en-suite bedrooms feature velvet & cowhide sofas, vintage trinkets and the odd playful pop-art take on Alpine life. The chalet comes to life amid the snow peaked mountains in winter and rolling hills in summer.
Sleeping 24 comfortably, it is possible to accommodate up to 30, plus a further 6 in the adjacent La Petite Ferme with an additional charge. For large groups or corporate getaways, it makes a great choice as there are very few catered chalets catering for up to 36 guests.
Each of the 12 bedrooms is unique & individually styled in an eclectic mix of antique & contemporary. The rooms are spacious with en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 24 people and additional guests can be accommodated for an extra charge. An in-resort driver service in the morning’s (until 10:30) and evening’s (16:00-19:00) is included to make getting to the ski slopes and resort centre easy.
