The first of the five bedrooms are also on the lower level, with two double rooms equipped with en-suite facilities. On the upper level is a further double room with en-suite shower room. The final two bedrooms, one a double room and the other a quad bunk room sleeping 4, share a separate bathroom and toilet.

The apartment also features a laundry room with washing machine and tumbler dryer, and there is a ski locker for your mountain equipment. For any guests driving to Tignes, there is a car parking space.

In the mornings, you have a choice of ski lifts depending on where you wish to ski that day. The nearest main lift is the Toviere gonolda about 100m away and across the bottom of the Johan Clarey – Rosset ski slopes. This gondola takes you to the top of the Toviere mountain and from where you can ski back into Le Lac, down to Tignes Val Claret, or over onto the slopes of Val d’Isere.

Alternatively, just on from Toviere and across the main snow front, the Palafour chairlift provides quick access onto the ski slopes above Le Lac, and onward to Val Claret, Tignes 1800 and Tignes Les Brevieres. On the main snow front are the ski school meeting points, and there is a dedicated beginner area next to the Toviere gondola where lessons take place.

From the apartment you are only a few steps away from the centre of Tignes Le Lac where there is an abundance of bars and restaurants, as well as shops and a supermarket. There is also a sports and aquatic centre in the centre of the resort. The ski bus connects you to the villages of Tignes Val Claret and Tignes Lavachet, making it easy to get around even when off the ski slopes.
