Brand new for the 2017/18 winter ski season, the Christiania Residence is a stunning new development just a stone’s throw from the centre of Zermatt and only 500m from the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise which allows you direct access to the main ski area.
The building combines seven apartments with a total of 24 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 48 and provides the ideal solution for a large family or corporate group. When rented on a catered basis, it is possible to seat a maximum of 24 people at the dining room table of the seven bedroom penthouse apartment.
The bedrooms have been designed with maximum comfort in mind and all have desks, TV’s and safes. They are all wonderfully spacious with large super king size beds or they can be split into twins. Most of the bedrooms have either a private or a shared terrace with stunning views and some have comfy seating areas.
The spa facilities include two outdoor hot tubs on the ground floor, as well as a large gym and massage room. There is a sauna on the third floor of the property. Entertainment facilities include a dedicated cinema room on the top floor of the chalet. Every bedroom also has it’s own TV, as well as each apartment having a TV in the living area.
The prices listed are based on 24 people taking the whole property, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team for a more tailored quote for up to 48 people. There is a central ski room, which has private lockers for each apartment and heated boot warmers. A lift runs throughout the building.
This immaculate chalet residence is available fully catered, on a bed & breakfast basis, self-catered with daily housekeeping or on an accommodation only basis.
When taken on a fully catered basis the in-house chef works out of the professionally spec’d kitchen in the Christiania building and your dedicated host serves you in the privacy and comfort of the chalet.
Christiania Residence is created by the use of all of the apartments within the building. These are Christiania Penthouse, Apartment 1, Apartment 2, Apartment 3, Apartment 4, Apartment 5, and Apartment 7.
Christiania Residence is priced for up to 24 guests. There is a further charge for additional guests.
