Chalet Monch is a stylish luxury chalet in Courchevel 1550. Located in the Brigues area, the chalet’s quiet location is perfect for family ski holidays, yet with resort amenities all close by. The chalet can sleep 10 people in 5 en-suite bedrooms. Arranged over 5 floors and 251m2 of living space, all connected by elevator, this luxury ski chalet is decorated in a clean and modern Alpine style.
The top floor is dedicated to the wonderful open plan living room which is centred on a magical feature fireplace. This convivial space, which has expansive snow covered mountain views, is perfect for quality time with friends or family. The lounge area features an enormous sofa with plenty of seating to relax on. The dining table with feature lighting, which is overlooked by the well-equipped kitchen, is perfect for evening banquets.
One floor down and the third floor is dedicated to the master suite. This room, with large double bed, offers stunning views from either your bed in the morning or from the private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a bathtub and separate shower.
The middle floor of the chalet is home to three double bedrooms all with en-suite showers and balconies. Two of these rooms can be arranged with twin beds, affording flexibility in the rooming for different groups or families. The final and fifth bedroom is found on the first floor and is a fixed double with terrace access and en-suite bathroom.
The first floor is also home to the cinema room that also benefits from a bar area with fridge, dishwasher and a coffee machine. This space works well as a separate lounge for children, or for a post dinner movie. The ground floor is home to the garage as well as ski room with heated boot warmers.
The Tovets chairlift is a 280m walk from the chalet and provides a direct link to Courchevel 1850. Courchevel 1550 (Village) is a popular destination for families and the resort has its own ski school meeting points and children’s nursery. For children between 3 and 6 years the Maison des Enfants offer a 300m2 dedicated play area in the snow in which to play and enjoy their first sliding sensations.
Chalet Monch is a semi-detached chalet, with the adjoining property, Chalet Eiger, also sleeping 10 people. These chalets can be rented together as Chalet Jungfrau, which sleeps 20 people and the perfect option for large group ski holidays or several families who wish to spend their winter vacation together.
For a group of friends, or two families, Chalet Monch is a great value ski chalet in Courchevel 1550. The chalet is available on a self-catered basis.
