Le Hameau de Marcandou is a hamlet of three very distinctive luxury chalets in Courchevel 1550. The chalets have a contemporary and unique architecture which combines vibrant flair and tradition. The Hameau is made up of Chalet Sisimiut, Chalet Ilulissat and Chalet Ikamiut, which when rented together can accommodate up to 18 adults and 8 children.
Chalet Sisimiut is the largest of the chalet’s, offers 400m2 of living space and is the most striking of the three properties. The open plan living spaces offer an almost endless and eclectic array of quirky furniture, object d’art and whimsical lighting. The chalet has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children. There is a private spa area with indoor / outdoor swimming pool and steam room.
Chalet Ilulissat offers a modern take on the traditional ski chalet with a very pleasing and cosy interior. The chalet has three bedrooms sleeping 6 adults along with a TV room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 children. On one of the terraces there is an outdoor heated swimming pool and there are excellent views across the Bozel valley to the snow-capped Bellecôte mountain.
Chalet Ikamiut is the smallest of the three chalet’s and the last to be built. This property works perfectly as a romantic retreat or for a family as it can sleep 4-6 people. The chalet has two double/twin en-suite bedrooms plus a double sofa bed in the living room. Outside there is also a Nordic bath / hot tub.
Guests also have access to the NUUK barn, a 20m2 multi-purpose room, fully equipped to host your work meetings as well as your well-being and fitness activities. Equipped with gym equipment, it can also be converted to a meeting space.
The centre of Courchevel 1550 along with the ski lifts, ski slopes and ESF ski school meeting points are 500m away. Daily return transfers are included to and from the chalet to the ski lifts. Courchevel 1550 links directly to the centre of Courchevel 1850 by bubble lift in only five minutes, and there is a long toboggan run to be enjoyed between the two resorts.

The Hameau de Marcandou is available on a bed & breakfast basis with a daily continental breakfast provided for all guests in Chalet Sisimiut, daily housekeeping, as well as access to a driver service in Courchevel 1550 from 9am to 6pm daily.
