Chalet Alpurio is one of the finest luxury ski chalets in the Italian Dolomites. Located in an idyllic setting on the outskirts of Selva Gardena, this refined chalet offers a harmonious fusion of modernity and tradition. Here you can enjoy panoramic views of the majestic Sella Group and the striking Sassolungo mountain, as well as being only a few minutes away from the famous ski slopes.
The chalet is spread across three floors and 600m2 of floor area all connected by both stairs and an elevator. The top floor of the chalet provides an open plan living space along with a 90m2 terrace. The living room, with its home cinema corner and fireplace, provides a cosy spot in which to simply unwind whilst the elegant dining room, with its large windows, is the ideal place for evening dinner parties. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also a conveniently located guest bathroom.
Sleeping up to 8 adults and 2 children, there are four en-suite bedrooms. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, each with its own TV, stylish en-suite bathroom with large shower, WC, bidet, double washbasin, vanity mirror and hairdryer – one even has a bath. The final double bedroom is on the lowest floor, and on request, it is also possible to add additional beds to accommodate an extra two children.
The private spa on the lowest floor of the chalet features a whirlpool, sauna, steam bath and emotional shower for total relaxation. Indulge yourself on the Zero Body lounger, enjoy an invigorating massage in the dedicated massage room, or keep fit in the fitness room, equipped with Technogym equipment and space for yoga.
Once rejuvenated, the adjoining leisure area promises entertainment and fun with a stylish pool table, roulette and Oculus VR, and the private bar welcomes you with a selection of fine wines. For guests driving to resort, the private garage, with charging facilities for electric cars, is available for safe and easy parking.
Heading outside, the 700m2 garden is surrounded by lush greenery in the summer and offers an oasis of tranquillity. The multi-function outdoor Jacuzzi is a treat whatever the season, and in the warmer spring months, the terrace is the perfect spot for sunbathing after returning from the ski slopes.
The enchanting winter atmosphere of Val Gardena delivers a unique experience with unlimited skiing in the prestigious Dolomiti Superski with 1,200km of slopes. For cross-country skiers, the Alpe di Siusi is a magical kingdom, and the surrounding peaks provide a majestic backdrop for your winter holiday. This magical corner of the Dolomites also offers a wide range of winter activities, from tobogganing to spectacular walks amongst the snow-covered Dolomiti landscape.
From the chalet you are only a couple of minutes chauffeured drive to the Col Raiser gondola, which is the nearest point to access the ski slopes. Alternatively, 1-minute further along is the Saslong gondola, which provides access into the Sellaronda circuit, the famed 40km ski route around the Sella massive. From these lifts you can easily access 500km of the 1200km of ski slopes that form the Dolomiti Superski area.
The exclusive setting provides easy access to the village of Santa Cristina, a 3-minute drive away, and Selva Gardena, a 5-minute drive away. There are a number of bars to discover in these 2 villages, along with restaurants that pride themselves on local Italian and Austrian cuisine and produce.
For larger groups requiring additional space and bedrooms, Chalet Villa Carolina is located next door and can accommodate a further 10 guests.
Chalet Alpurio is available to rent on bed & breakfast basis and includes daily gourmet breakfasts, afternoon tea and housekeeping, plus an in-resort shuttle service. The chalet is priced for up to 8 guests, and it is possible to accommodate an extra two children with an additional charge. It is also possible to arrange chef service for the evening dinners in the chalet.
